SUMMARY:
Under the direction of Operations SME Technical Developer, the Operations Technical SME will support the development and implementation of operations quality control and reliability based on ADC runbook, process improvement, local site operational audits, PM QA, and data hall fit out support. Operation SMEs will raise Aligned’ s technical and operational capabilities and drive quality assurance. This position will support the training department and is responsible for the assessment and improvement of the operations technical training program. This will include operations qualifications and drills, safety training, and new equipment/site specific training, and MOP/SOP support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development of Practical Operational Training.
- Identify the gaps with Site and C-Ops, help with improvements to accommodate growth across the company.
- Technical resources to support sites.
- PM QA QC
- SD fit out support.
- Field Service Bulletins review for sites.
- Support Operations best practices.
- This position will support site operational training of all team members.
- Maintain Operational awareness culture.
- Site support for SMEs and ARMs.
- Be the go-to of operations technical training documents for the site.
- Operations specific Training.
- Take part in hands-on training of the ADC Runbook training. (Operation effectiveness Drills, Incident response, Quarterly BCDR Drills)
- Collaboration with the Training department to ensure proper and timely training for all employees on newly deployed equipment or infrastructure.
- Take part in assessing site operations teams through AMMO audits.
- Help identify operational processes that can be improved and standardized across all markets.
- AMMO audits follow ups and reviews and establishes action plans with OPS SME.
- Work with site ADC operations to implement revisions to ADC Runbooks that are shared by multiple departments.
- Understand the engineering design and operational aspects of all electrical systems.
- Conducts a routine and on-going assessment of all building systems operations.
- Assist with establishing baseline MOPs and EOPs needed to operate a site.
- Report findings to OPS SME to drive process improvement and share lessons learned across the different sites.
- Respond immediately to site emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.) to support FMs and LCFT’s.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- LCFT/CFT Qualified – Building specific Qualified.
- Minimum Three years of responsibility in
- Building systems and critical facilities equipment.
- Professional licenses strongly preferred (electrical and mechanical licenses)
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
- Ability to effectively respond, verbally or written, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints.
- Requires a high level of commitment to customer service, whether co-workers or clients.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of applicable rule’s laws, codes, regulations, and ordinances in performing data/communications and MEP projects.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10 years’ experience or minimum of 12-15 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
